    After helping Nova with some recommended timings/settings, and some troubleshooting, we obtained some nice results for his ram. Nova was rather VERY patient and listened to all suggestions that I made to him. It was a pleasure assisting him b/c he showed much appreciation throughout the entire process. I\'m so glad he\'s happy with his purchase b/c it makes me happy as well.
